Ordering

To order please have your part numbers and go to our Contact Us page.  Fill out the form and include as much info as you can about your application, this way we can double check to make sure you get the right part the first time.  Once we recieve your order we will send you an invoice via the email you provide.  Please make sure your provide an valid email to avoid delays in this process.  This allows you to look over the invoice and ensure the products and quantities are correct.  There is a link at the bottom of the invoice you click and it will walk you through the payment process.

Payment methods

Our preferred payment method is through Intuit Payment Network.  It’s very similar to PayPal but doesn’t require you to be a member or sign up.  This system uses a checking account and performs an ACH transaction (debit) from the account you enter.  We can accept most major credit cards but there is a 3.25% fee (total purchase including tax, shipping, etc.) imposed by the processor.  If you would like to pay by credit card please let us know when you make your order.  We also accept cash, money orders, and checks.  There is a maximum 10 day holding period on personal checks before parts are ordered or shipped.  Sales in Missouri add 7.475% sales tax.

Return Procedure

We understand sometimes you’ll have parts that need to be returned. It may be an item that you didn’t need, or simply just the wrong part.  To return a part, Contact Us and let us know what you would like to return, and why.  Parts must be in new, unused condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging.  We will provide a return address for you to send the part to.

-Carefully package the part(s) to avoid any damage during shipping. Use a sturdy container to ship the part(s) back.

*Note* Please do not write on, use tape, or affix shipping labels to the product package itself, it cannot be returned if the original product package is defaced.

We’re sorry, but unfortunately returns will be assessed a minimal return and shipping fee.  The return fee is based on our shipping cost and a small fee charged by the distributor.  We cannot refund shipping charges, or transaction fees.  Return shipping to us is at the expense of the buyer.  Not all suppliers charge us a fee so there is not a fee associated with all returns.  We cannot accept returns on special order, used, and/or non-stocking items from our supplier.

 

Warranty’s

Any warranty claims for defective parts must be made before parts are installed. Due to their use, racing parts are not covered by warranty once they have been used. If you believe you received a defective part DO NOT install it!  If you are returning a defective part for exchange it must first be inspected by the manufacturer.  Please follow the return procedure.  Once it has been determined the part is defective we will either replace it or issue a refund minus the transaction fee.

Purchaser’s of products from BDB Racing LLC assume any and all liability involved with the use and installation of  those products.  Modifying and or racing vehicles can be dangerous, it’s ultimately the user’s responsibility to determine if a part is suitable or safe for use.
